Soil vacuum saturation molding device is used for preparing saturated soil models.

Main features

• The saturation device is composed of a saturation tank and a water tank, etc.

• The effective internal dimensions of the saturation tank are 2m * 1m * 1.3m, with a volume of about 2.6m³. The effective internal height is 1.2m. The upper part of the side wall is provided with air extraction holes, air release holes and water inlet holes, all with switch ball valves. The negative pressure display meter shows the vacuum degree in real time. The upper cover is equipped with four 30cm * 30cm observation windows.

• The top of the vacuum water tank is provided with a viewing window with a lamp, a negative pressure display meter, an air extraction hole and an air inlet hole.

• A small tubular liquid level gauge is installed on the side wall of the vacuum water tank, and the liquid level gauge is equipped with capacity scales to facilitate the calculation of water injection rate. A water outlet is installed at the bottom of the tank.
