Product Introduction

This system is capable of simulating the mechanical behavior of saturated soil under various stress conditions, supporting multiple test modes such as CD (constant confining pressure), CU (constant volume), and UU (unconfined compression), as well as complex loading conditions including isotropic consolidation, K₀ consolidation, and stress path tests. 

These test modes can fully reflect the mechanical properties of saturated soil under diverse stress states. The parameters obtained are of great significance for geotechnical engineering design and construction, enabling more accurate prediction and evaluation of potential deformation and failure in actual engineering projects. 

The equipment integrates an advanced full-surface deformation digital image measurement system. Adopting non-contact measurement technology, this system can accurately capture the full-field strain of unsaturated soil specimens during tests, as well as the evolution of crack development.

Product Functions

  • Pressure Chamber Material: Made of 304 stainless steel with internal lighting. Observation window diameter ≥ 125 mm. Automatic post-processing of remote cloud data is supported.

  • Control Functions: Automatic control of loading ram displacement, loading rate, confining pressure, and water filling/draining of the pressure chamber.

  • Standard Saturated Soil Triaxial Testing: UU, CU and CD standard triaxial tests can be performed.

  • Saturated Soil Stress Path Function: S‑T and P‑Q standard stress path tests as well as user-defined stress path tests are available.

  • Saturated Soil K₀ Consolidation Function.

  • Advanced Loading Functions: Load control and low-frequency cyclic loading can be realized.

  • Post‑processing Software Functions: Data import, data validity verification, error correction, bad point identification, deformation calculation, strain calculation, data export, curve plotting, etc.

  • Test Result Output: Full strain data output during testing; supports time curves and full‑field spatial analysis, matching specimen morphology.

  • Triaxial Mainframe Power Supply / Power Rating: Single‑phase AC 220 V, peak power 2 kW (depending on parameters).

  • Triaxial Mainframe Dimensions: 1200 × 600 × 1500 mm.

  • Equipped with computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, test tools and other accessories.
