System Description
This system is designed for measuring and observing the matric suction and drainage characteristics of contaminated soil under high-temperature environments. It simultaneously enables analysis of drainage hysteresis in ceramic plates as well as condensation effects within the chamber. The pressure chamber features a top-mounted visualization design, allowing for the observation and recording of the entire sample process through image measurement technology.
Basic Parameters
Specimen size: φ61.8×20mm / φ61.8×40mm.
Air pressure range: 0~0.5MPa / 0~1.5MPa.
Temperature: Ambient to 60℃, electric heating accuracy: ±0.5℃.
Humidity monitoring accuracy in pressure chamber: better than 1%RH with temperature compensation.
Heating medium: Electric heating.
Soil sample deformation measurement: Binocular DIC image measurement.
Balance capacity: 220g, accuracy: 0.001g, equipped with evaporation compensation balance.
Macro high-density electrical monitoring: 8–16 channels, connected to external equipment via coaxial sealed cable connectors (used to obtain the internal resistance field of rock mass and derive the internal water content distribution).
System Features
Spiral channel designed at the bottom of the ceramic plate to allow flushing during testing.
Hydrophobic coating applied on the inner wall of the pressure chamber to reduce condensation.
Electrical method-based infiltration front detection with coaxial cable connectors.
Table surface treated with blackening process.
