Product Introduction
This underwater load cell is designed to measure compressive loads in fully submerged underwater applications with pressure up to 7000 kPa. Widely compatible with new and existing triaxial pressure cells, it can also be fully immersed in water or oil for operation.
Equipped with an internal pressure compensation system, the load cell eliminates zero drift and sensitivity variation caused by external pressure fluctuations. It also features accurate temperature compensation, outstanding precision and stability. Adopting specially selected heat-treated stainless steel and high-precision strain gauges, it delivers optimal performance and superior long-term stability.
Primarily engineered for compressive load measurement, this sensor is also capable of tension measurement. For the 5 kN range model, tension load up to the full sensor capacity is permissible. For higher capacity models, the tension load is limited to 5 kN.
