To meet the requirements for pore water pressure measurement under multi-field coupling and various soil environments, as well as to adapt to special scenarios such as conventional static/dynamic centrifuge tests, shaking table tests, and long-term in-situ monitoring, strict standards are usually required for the miniaturization design and comprehensive performance of pore water pressure sensors. In addition, it is necessary to avoid disturbing the original flow field distribution, so as to obtain accurate and reliable development laws of pore water pressure.

The DSPP-I integrated dynamic pore water pressure sensor is designed to meet the needs of conventional working conditions. The sensor adopts advanced domestic silicon-silicon bonding technology and high-performance domestic MEMS piezoresistive sensing elements, combined with internationally advanced miniaturized fabrication and packaging processes. It not only features small effective size, compact structure and high robustness, but also exhibits excellent reliability and stability. Its unique pagoda-shaped structure further improves the overall waterproof sealing performance, which can fully satisfy the measurement requirements of long-term monitoring in geotechnical engineering sites and conventional indoor physical model tests.
